Design Update
Sea+City Projects is managing the revitalisation of land in Wynyard Quarter on behalf of Auckland Regional Holdings and Auckland City Council. Sea+City Projects is managing the design process for the Jellicoe Street area which includes; The Promenade, Jellicoe Street and the Silo park area. These areas are planned to be largely complete by the RWC 2011, but this is dependent on the further design stages, planning and consent processes.
