acts as its agent to oversee the day-to-day management
and implementation of the Sea+City Project |

Has Board of Directors and employs a specialist
management team who will carry out four functions:
- for ARH, facilitation of private sector participation
- for ARH/ACC, implementation of public sector
infrastructure
- for ACC, project directorship of Te Wero
Bridge construction
- for ACC/ARC, design build and management setup
of Point Park.
