Auckland Regional Holdings has created a special purpose subsidiary company, Sea+City Projects Limited, to act as its agent to facilitate the revitalisation of the Sea+City Project area within Wynyard Quarter.
IMPLEMENTATION
The concepts presented in this document are the result of detailed analysis
undertaken by design teams. They define the scale of the project and will form the
basis of both the funding and implementation strategies. This work has been done
to support Auckland City Council's preparation of its District Plan Change proposed
to alter the land use for Wynyard Quarter.
Implementation will include finalising designs so that the public works are delivered
in a way that meets the urban design principles.
Pending changes to Auckland City Council's District Plan and Auckland Regional
Council's Regional Plan: Coastal, the first tangible signs of work on the project will
be evident in the first quarter of 2008.
DEDICATED DELIVERY VEHICLE: SEA+CITY PROJECTS LTD

optimising the long term commercial investment return to ARH.
Sea+City Projects Ltd will conduct a master planning process for the Sea+City
Project area according to an agreed development plan and timetable, and will
finalise the detailed overall scheme plan according to the final zoning approval.
It will work with Auckland City Council to undertake public amenity and
